1. Services

Tefix Travel Solutions (operated by Terri Harcum, independent travel advisor through InteleTravel) provides travel planning, advisory, and booking services. By requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Travel Advisor Role

We act as your travel advisor and booking agent. All bookings are made through established supplier relationships via InteleTravel. We advocate on your behalf, but the contractual relationship for travel services is between you and the travel supplier.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information (names, dates of birth, passport details) as required for bookings. Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client may result in fees charged by suppliers.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change policies are set by individual travel suppliers. We will communicate those policies clearly before you book. We are not responsible for supplier-imposed fees or changes to travel arrangements.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel protection insurance for all trips. We can discuss options during the planning process. Declining coverage is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tefix Travel Solutions is not liable for supplier failures, travel disruptions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the advisory and booking services we directly provide.
